Database and Content Specialist – Asset Management

About the role

The Database and Content Specialist will join Northern Trust Asset Management's global RFP team, supporting the delivery of high‑quality proposals, questionnaires and consultant data across multiple regions. Based in London, you will work closely with client relationship managers, sales specialists and global subject‑matter experts to ensure accurate and timely information is available in key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update third‑party consultant databases such as eVestment and Omni Complete.
• Manage and enhance RFP content within the Qvidian platform.
• Collaborate with the Consultant Database Specialist and Content Specialist to ensure data consistency.
• Support the global RFP process by providing accurate information for RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and ad‑hoc requests.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across different time zones to meet tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong global mindset with the ability to work across regions and cultures.
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of data quality.
• Experience managing RFP and consultant database content in a financial services environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal teams.
