About the role

As a Day and Night Multi Skilled Hotel Team Member you will independently oversee hotel operations, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless stay from arrival to departure. The role blends front‑desk duties with back‑of‑house support, requiring flexibility and a guest‑first mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Check guests in and out, handling reservations and payments.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues.
• Prepare drinks, make pizzas, and assist with breakfast service.
• Answer phone calls, manage new reservations and cashier duties.
• Oversee security, health and safety standards, and conduct routine cleaning tasks.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold brand standards.
• Collaborate with team members across all shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Adapt to rotational shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar hotel role.
• Flexibility to work day, night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Commitment to delivering high levels of guest service.
• Smart, professional appearance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK with a current work visa.
