Day Concierge

About the role

The Day Concierge will be the first point of contact for residents and guests in a high‑end residential development in South East London. Working on a 4‑on‑4‑off rota, you will deliver premium customer service and ensure the building remains secure, tidy, and welcoming.

Key responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors courteously and verify their identity.
• Maintain building security by managing elevator access, conducting regular checks, and reviewing CCTV.
• Log and report maintenance issues and keep communal areas clean and presentable.
• Handle resident concerns, complaints and follow‑up communications.
• Complete operational reports (am/pm/overnight) and hand over any issues.
• Assist with move‑ins and move‑outs, including external area upkeep.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential concierge or 5‑star hotel environments.
• Reliable, punctual and able to present an immaculate appearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to undergo full vetting and provide excellent references.
