Day Concierge - Residential Development, Fulham

About the role

A modern residential development in Fulham, SW London is recruiting a Day Concierge through Abbatt Group. The post suits an experienced front-of-house professional who delivers exceptional service and represents a high-end development to the highest standards. The role is permanent, open 07:00 to 19:00 on a 4-on-4-off basis, with pay up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and greet residents and visitors and handle all front-desk and telephone enquiries
• Provide assistance to residents, guests and visitors as required
• Maintain building security, including CCTV monitoring and access control
• Communicate professionally with leaseholders and managing agents
• Carry out regular building patrols and report faults or security concerns to the Building Manager
• Run weekly fire alarm, lift alarm and other compliance checks, keeping accurate records
• Respond to emergencies, incidents and complaints, ensuring correct Health & Safety reporting
• Manage key control and ensure accurate sign-in/out records
• Oversee deliveries to reception, manage parcels and registered mail securely and notify residents for collection

Required profile

• Ideally previous experience in residential or property management in a similar concierge role
• Proven track record of exceptional customer service
• Experience coordinating contractors and overseeing works in a busy development
• Knowledge of general fire, health and safety and security procedures
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and confidence dealing with emergencies or complaints
