DB Pensions Implementation Analyst & Product Manager (Hybrid, Leeds)

About the role

This position combines implementation analysis and product ownership for a leading pensions administration platform. Working hybrid from Leeds, you will support the delivery of new pension schemes, data migrations and ongoing product releases.

Key responsibilities

• Provide project, technical and release support for the DB administration platform used by Pensions Administration Services.
• Liaise with users, internal teams and external parties to capture development requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and plan release schedules, ensuring high‑impact items are delivered on time.
• Lead data analysis and calculation activities for new business and internal transfers.
• Define and implement data audit protocols to improve transfer quality.
• Oversee system automation, working with IT and administration to build and test implementation scenarios.

Required profile

• 5+ years’ experience in pension administration, business analysis or product ownership.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with the software development lifecycle and release management.
• Broad knowledge of occupational pension schemes and complex pension calculations.
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of DB/DC arrangements.
