Deal Analyst and Transaction Support Manager

About the role

Join a dynamic business brokerage and advisory firm in London's West End as a Deal Analyst and Transaction Support Manager. Working directly with the Managing Director and senior team, you will gain hands‑on experience in corporate finance and private markets, supporting M&A transactions from origination through to completion. This permanent, office‑based role offers professional development within a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the deal packaging process
• Provide financial and commercial analysis as required
• Oversee virtual data room (VDR) management for all transactions
• Support deal execution and due diligence activities
• Work directly with the MD and senior team on specific transactions
• Optimise processes and maintain documentation

Required profile

• Proven academic track record to degree level or equivalent
• Newly or recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), preferably from a leading professional accounting/advisory firm
• Experience producing financial/commercial analysis
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Practical knowledge of how businesses operate
