Deal Executive (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Knightsbridge Commercial, a leading business sales agency, is seeking a Deal Executive to join its growing team. You will manage a portfolio of clients looking to sell businesses across the UK, working in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to all clients throughout the sales process.
• Follow established sales processes, liaise with potential buyers and manage deal flow.
• Arrange and lead meetings with interested parties, preparing clients for each step.
• Liaise with solicitors and support clients through due diligence to completion.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales (e.g., estate agency, recruitment or similar).
• Strong organisational, analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to meet strict deadlines and KPI targets.
• Team player with the energy and commitment to drive performance.

Required skills

• Numeracy and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication at all levels.

What we offer

• Base salary £27,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE £30‑35k).
• Hybrid working (8.30 am‑5.30 pm Mon‑Thu, 3 pm Fri).
• 25 days holiday plus Christmas shutdown.
