Deal Executive - Business Sales

About the role

Knightsbridge Business Sales, part of the K3 Advisory Group, is looking for a Deal Executive to join its business sales team in Bolton. As the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients who want to sell their businesses, you will work with companies across every sector in the UK. The role is hybrid, with a basic salary of £27,000 and an on-target earnings of £30,000 to £35,000 including commission, with an uncapped commission structure.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all clients receive the same high standard of service
• Follow established sales processes and manage the flow of potential buyers
• Arrange meetings with interested parties, set the agenda and prepare clients
• Liaise with solicitors
• Assist clients through the due diligence process to completion

Required profile

• No direct experience in business transfer is required, as full training is provided
• A proven track record in sales of some kind; backgrounds in estate agency, recruitment or similar are valued
• Ability to work to strict deadlines, meet KPIs and hit individual and team targets
• Ability to work under pressure, energy and commitment
