Deal Executive – Business Sales Specialist

About the role

Knightsbridge, part of the K3 Advisory Group, is seeking a Deal Executive to support its continued growth. You will act as the primary contact for a diverse portfolio of clients looking to sell their businesses across the UK, delivering a high‑standard, end‑to‑end service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service throughout the sales process.
• Follow established sales procedures, managing the flow of potential buyers.
• Arrange and lead meetings with interested parties, set agendas and prepare clients.
• Liaise with solicitors and support clients through due‑diligence to completion.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales (e.g., estate agency, recruitment or similar).
• Strong organisational ability and self‑management skills.
• Numeracy and analytical capability.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills at all levels.
• Drive to exceed personal and departmental targets.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Team‑player attitude with high energy and commitment.

• Competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission (OTE around £40,000‑£45,000).
