Debt Recovery Assistant – US Hours

About the role
Join Epos Now’s Customer Success team as a Debt Recovery Assistant, supporting our US‑based customers from a UK office. You will work Monday‑Friday, 1 pm‑10 pm UK time, ensuring timely debt collection and customer retention.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily debt metrics such as recovery rate, write‑off rate and customer retention post‑collection.
- Chase debt collection cases via phone, email and letters, and investigate disputes.
- Cleanse and update data in Salesforce and allocate payments in accounting software.
- Maintain churn reports, conduct vulnerability reviews and arrange payment plans.
- Support insolvency form preparation and submit investigations to recovery bodies.
Required profile
- At least 1 year experience in debt recovery or credit control.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage own workload.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
Required skills
- Salesforce (experience preferred).
- Excel, including VLOOKUP functions.
