Deburrer/Finisher – Precision Engineering

About the role

This hands‑on position involves deburring CNC‑turned parts to the highest quality standards for customers in oil & gas, nuclear, automotive, aerospace and general engineering. You will work in a precision‑engineering environment with clear opportunities for personal development.

Key responsibilities

• Deburr external surfaces and edges of CNC‑turned components.
• Deburr internal cross‑drilling, internal and external threads.
• Operate confidently within an AS9100‑certified environment.
• Use hand tools to meet drawing specifications.
• Perform final part marking.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and route cards accurately.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and product quality.
• Proven experience in a machine‑shop setting.
• Experience using a range of hand tools.
• Knowledge of multiple material types.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive can‑do attitude and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Effective communication skills.
