Delivery Consultant – Construction Sector

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates that match pre‑qualified specifications for client vacancies.
• Write and tailor job advertisements to meet each client’s unique needs.
• Conduct searches using the internal database, incoming applications, job boards and various online tools.
• Build and maintain a network of talented candidates to present to the market.
• Act as the bridge between clients and their next best hires, balancing candidate sourcing and client relationship management.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the construction sector.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
