Delivery Consultant – IT Recruitment

About the role

Join Proactive Appointments, a leading IT recruitment agency in Exeter, as a Delivery Consultant. You will be the first point of contact for candidates and clients, helping to match top IT talent with exciting contract and permanent opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and social media platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing candidates over the phone.
• Support consultants and clients throughout the hiring journey, from initial contact to placement.
• Collaborate closely with a dynamic, friendly team to achieve recruitment targets.

Required profile

• Analytical, focused and able to stay resilient under pressure.
• Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
• Strong people skills, attention to detail and a team‑player attitude.
• Sense of humour and drive to succeed.
