About the role

Randstad’s Infrastructure team is seeking a driven Delivery Consultant to support freelance white‑collar placements on London’s major rail and civil‑engineering projects. You will work closely with an experienced manager who supplies the vacancies, while you focus on sourcing, vetting and delivering top‑tier freelance talent.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source freelance professionals using job boards, internal databases and networking.
• Build and maintain a responsive pipeline of immediately available contractors across London and the South East.
• Screen candidates thoroughly to ensure technical capability and compliance documentation for infrastructure projects.
• Partner with the desk manager to match high‑volume freelance roles with qualified talent quickly.
