About the role

Join Ocado Logistics as a Delivery Driver in Crawley, delivering quality groceries and other products to customers across the South East. You will use automated route‑planning technology to optimise your journeys and ensure a smooth, on‑time service, working in all weather conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑quality products to customers on schedule, following pre‑planned routes.
• Load and unload the van safely, handling a range of items including alcohol where required.
• Interact professionally with customers, providing a friendly and reliable service.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Work flexible shifts that may include evenings, weekends and weekdays.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with good communication skills.
• Over 18 years of age.
• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum 6 months driving experience (12 months preferred).
• Maximum of 6 penalty points and no disqualifications in the past 5 years.

Required skills

• Valid full UK/EU driving licence.
• Ability to operate a delivery van safely.
• Basic navigation using automated route‑planning tools.
