About the role

Join Ocado Logistics as a Delivery Driver in Luton, delivering quality groceries to customers across North London. You’ll benefit from automated route planning, pre‑loaded vans and a supportive team, working varied shifts that include evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑quality products to customers on time and in a courteous manner.
• Navigate high‑density traffic, urban road layouts and frequent stop‑start conditions safely.
• Follow pre‑planned routes generated by Ocado’s technology.
• Load and unload vans, ensuring items are handled correctly.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Comfortable driving in busy urban traffic and adverse weather.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and flexible hours.
• Full UK driving licence (category appropriate for van).
