Delivery Driver & Warehouse Operative – Exeter

About the role

This is a dynamic, dual‑aspect position that blends essential warehouse fulfilment with regional delivery driving. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will help keep the business running smoothly while providing a professional face to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out warehouse duties such as stock handling, product storage and maintaining an organised environment.
• Prepare and pack orders accurately, ensuring correct product verification.
• Perform safe, punctual deliveries to local customers.
• Deliver friendly, customer‑focused service during each visit.
• Support colleagues during peak periods to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery driving role is highly beneficial.
• Full clean UK driving licence (essential).
• Highly reliable, punctual, organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to manage the physical demands of loading and unloading.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team.

Required skills

What we offer

• Salary £33,345 per year (plus quarterly bonus).
• Daily lunch provision (£13.50 ph, rising to £14‑£14.50 ph after probation).
• Working hours: 47.5 hrs/week, Monday‑Friday 7 am‑5 pm, no weekends.
• Potential salary increase to £34,580‑£35,815 after successful probation.
