Delivery Lead (Data) – Agile Delivery

About the role

Our client, an international education provider, is looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to join their Data team. The role is responsible for the health, flow and continuous improvement of delivery, driving motivation and overseeing multi‑disciplinary product and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Remove blockers and facilitate lean, Agile processes to ensure sustainable value delivery.
• Orchestrate end‑to‑end execution of product and digital initiatives, from initiation through implementation.
• Monitor and improve Kanban metrics such as lead time, cycle time and throughput.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, PMO and third‑party suppliers to deliver suitable solutions.
• Foster a high‑performance, collaborative team culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering in an Agile environment.
• Ability to engage senior management and business users.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in conflict resolution and managing high‑performing teams.

Required skills

• Agile delivery and Kanban metric analysis.
• Planning and collaboration tools: Miro, Jira, Confluence, Planner.
• Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint.

What we offer

• Competitive salary £38,000‑£46,000 per year plus a £3,300 London allowance.
