Delivery Lead

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Delivery Lead to oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of digital products and projects. In this hybrid role based in Stratford, London, you will enable cross‑functional teams to work efficiently, remove obstacles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of digital products and projects across multiple cross‑functional teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, reviews and Kanban cadences.
• Identify and eliminate delivery blockers, using metrics and real‑time data to improve predictability and flow.
• Build strong relationships with product, technology, business and external stakeholders across locations and time zones.
• Coach teams in Agile, Lean, Scrum and Kanban, guiding them towards self‑management and high performance.
• Manage inter‑team dependencies and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
• Provide clear visibility of progress, risks and priorities through dashboards and reporting.
• Collaborate with third‑party partners and suppliers to align delivery goals and ways of working.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading digital, technology or product delivery in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean and SAFe frameworks.
• Experience handling complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Servant‑leadership mindset with a passion for coaching teams.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
