Delivery Lead – Secure Technology Programs

About the role

We are seeking a Delivery Lead to drive complex technology programmes for the UK Defence and National Security community. You will work closely with senior technical leaders, architects, partners and customers to ensure ambitious initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and to the required security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple secure client engagements, balancing scope, timelines, budgets and delivery risks.
• Coordinate major technology partners and suppliers, establishing new delivery capabilities where required.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to align delivery with the agreed technical vision.
• Manage budgets, dependencies, governance and milestones across several workstreams.
• Remove obstacles, make sound decisions under pressure and keep programmes moving forward.

Required profile

• Current DV clearance (essential).
• Proven experience delivering complex technology programmes in Defence, National Security or similarly regulated environments.
• Outstanding stakeholder management with senior executives, partners and customers.
• Strong commercial awareness and a pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach.

Required skills

• PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent).
• PMP certification (or equivalent).
• Agile delivery experience.
