Delivery Manager – Adult Skills

About the role

Be part of Maximus’s Adult Skills team, leading the delivery of high‑quality teaching, learning and assessment for adult learners across a range of subjects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of Adult Skills Vocational Trainers delivering high‑quality teaching, learning and assessment.
• Plan and monitor delivery timetables to ensure trainer caseloads are maintained and contract KPIs are met.
• Continuously improve teaching and learning programmes across the provision.
• Foster a high‑performing, engaged culture within the team.
• Develop curriculum and resources to enhance the learner journey.

Required profile

• Minimum Level 4 teaching qualification (CTTLS or equivalent) and Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement.
• Experience delivering adult‑skills or apprenticeship contracts.
• Functional Skills level 2 in English and Maths.
• Management qualification at least Level 3.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse trainer teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with online learning platforms and digital portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
