Delivery Manager – Defense & National Security Accounts

About the role

Infosys Engineering Services is looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead strategic Defence and National Security engagements across the UK. You will own end‑to‑end program delivery, manage engineering teams, and drive customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with security and contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of UK Defence engineering programmes, meeting scope, schedule, quality, cost and security commitments.
• Manage a portfolio of multi‑million‑pound engagements covering application services, digital transformation, engineering services, cloud, cybersecurity, data, AI and managed services.
• Establish and execute governance frameworks, risk mitigation strategies and reporting mechanisms.
• Act as the primary executive interface with Defence customers, building trusted relationships with leadership, sponsors and procurement teams.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and strategic growth.
• Oversee program reviews, steering committees and financial performance.

Required profile

• Several years of industry experience delivering and managing large‑scale Defence, Aerospace, National Security or Government IT programmes.
• Proven ability to manage complex engineering and digital services programmes for prime contractors and government agencies.
• Mandatory active UK Security Clearance (SC) or eligibility to obtain and maintain SC clearance.
