Delivery Manager – Education Sector (Cambridge/Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join a leading education organisation in Cambridge. Working in a cross‑functional team of Product Managers, Developers and Designers, you will drive the Agile delivery of multiple digital projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the delivery of product initiatives across several squads.
• Facilitate Scrum, Kanban and other Agile ceremonies to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication channels.
• Track progress, remove impediments and report on key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with technical teams on Java or Python‑based applications where required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager in an Agile environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Background in the education or public sector is advantageous.
