Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to client briefs, source high‑quality candidates and keep the delivery pipeline moving.
• Shortlist and present the most suitable candidates, focusing on fit rather than volume.
• Identify and implement process improvements to scale operations efficiently.
• Manage interview scheduling, compliance checks and onboarding with meticulous attention to detail.
• Build trusted relationships by delivering a consistently outstanding experience for both clients and candidates.
