Delivery Postie with Driving – Dursley (Part‑time, Fixed‑term)

About the role

Join Royal Mail as a Delivery Postie in Dursley, working part‑time on a fixed‑term contract. You will deliver letters and parcels to homes and businesses, representing the brand in your local community.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver mail and parcels across the Dursley and surrounding areas.
• Work a rotating schedule: Monday‑Saturday 09:00‑15:00 or 12:00‑18:00, and Sunday 11:00‑17:00 as required.
• Walk long distances and operate a vehicle in all weather conditions.
• Provide friendly, reliable service to customers and maintain a professional appearance.

Required profile

• Upbeat, independent and self‑motivated.
• Organised, punctual and customer‑focused.
• Enjoy walking for long periods and working outdoors.
• Strong sense of community and pride in the role.
• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
