Delivery & Project Manager (Data & Digital) – Tech for Social Impact

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Delivery & Project Manager to lead the execution of digital and data‑focused initiatives for a pioneering not‑for‑profit organisation tackling homelessness, domestic abuse and mental health. Based in London with a remote‑first approach, you will bridge the gap between analysts, senior leadership and external partners to ensure impactful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the project/product roadmap, adapting priorities as needed.
• Facilitate core agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups and retrospectives.
• Establish daily workflows and mentor junior analysts and associates.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external partners, aligning delivery with stakeholder expectations.
• Toggle between project‑manager and product‑manager mindsets to support multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of delivery‑focused project management experience.
• Strong background in agile frameworks (Scrum) and roadmap management.
• Proven ability to coach and develop junior team members.
• Experience influencing external partners within complex public‑sector environments.
• Genuine commitment to social impact and awareness of issues such as algorithmic bias.
