Delivery Station Supervisor

About the role

Join a fast‑moving e‑commerce hub as a Delivery Station Supervisor. You will lead a team that processes high volumes of parcels, ensuring they move quickly and safely from the depot to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily inbound, sorting and outbound operations.
• Lead and allocate tasks to team members, monitoring productivity.
• Adjust resources in real time based on volume and data.
• Maintain key performance indicators such as on‑time dispatch and error rates.
• Support onboarding, performance management and deliver daily briefings.
• Ensure health, safety and operational compliance.
• Collaborate with transport partners to resolve delivery issues.
• Produce shift reports and escalate any risks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse, delivery or logistics environment.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email and spreadsheet use.

• Competitive hourly rate of £12.92 – £17.32.
• Temporary contract with the possibility of permanent placement after 12 successful weeks.
