Delivery Station Supervisor – Southwark

About the role
The Delivery Station Supervisor will lead a high‑volume e‑commerce parcel handling team in Southwark. You will ensure fast, accurate and safe movement of packages from inbound sorting through to outbound dispatch, working across fixed shift patterns.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily inbound, sorting and outbound operations to meet delivery targets.
- Allocate tasks, monitor productivity and optimise resources across shifts based on volume forecasts.
- Maintain operational KPIs such as on‑time dispatch, error rates and package accuracy.
- Conduct daily briefings, ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal standards.
- Collaborate with transportation partners and regional logistics teams to resolve delivery issues.
- Prepare shift reports, escalate incidents and manage operational risks.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a senior warehouse, delivery or logistics role.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Basic computer literacy, including email and spreadsheet use.
