Delivery Supervisor

About the role

As a Delivery Supervisor at Savers you will help keep the store fully stocked and presented to a high standard. Working alongside the Store and Assistant Manager you will lead a delivery team, ensuring stock is received, organised and displayed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and organise deliveries, maintaining store presentation standards.
• Coach and manage the delivery team to achieve daily targets.
• Collaborate with store management to plan stock replenishment.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed during deliveries.
• Adapt to flexible shift patterns, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Enthusiastic about developing personal and team skills.
• Passionate about the products sold and customer experience.
• People‑focused with a collaborative attitude.
