Delivery Supervisor Twilight Shift

About the role

Booker Group is seeking a full‑time Delivery Supervisor for the twilight shift (Sunday‑Thursday, 2 pm‑10:30 pm) in Glasgow. You will lead a busy delivery operation, overseeing drivers and pickers to ensure timely and safe deliveries while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activities of the delivery department, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead, motivate and coach a team of drivers and pickers to meet daily targets.
• Communicate important management information to all team members.
• Maintain a safe working environment and report any health & safety concerns to store management.
• Promote the Booker brand through excellent product knowledge and customer service.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
• Ability to ensure compliance with policies and maintain clear communication.
