Demand & Forecasting Analyst – Retail Planning (Hybrid)

About the role

This position sits at the heart of a fast‑growing e‑commerce brand, supporting the expansion of its UK operations. You will own stock planning and forecasting for a high‑SKU product range, collaborating with buying, design, operations and finance to ensure product availability while optimising inventory investment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stock planning across multiple high‑SKU categories.
• Develop and continuously update demand forecasts and trade plans.
• Analyse weekly sales, intake, margin and inventory performance.
• Identify and mitigate inventory risk, ensuring optimal stock turn.
• Lead weekly trade meetings, providing commercial recommendations.
• Work closely with buying, supply chain, operations and finance teams.

Required profile

• Experience in demand planning, stock planning, category management or as an assistant merchandiser.
• Proven track record in fast‑paced, high‑SKU environments.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Power BI (desirable).
