Demand Generation and Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Demand Generation and Growth Marketing Manager to own end‑to‑end demand generation and conversion optimisation for multiple B2B products and large‑scale events. In this role you will develop data‑driven growth strategies, optimise marketing funnels and deliver measurable revenue and audience growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute demand‑generation campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipeline for B2B products and live events.
• Continuously test and improve the full marketing funnel, focusing on conversion‑rate optimisation.
• Refine messaging, targeting and positioning based on performance data.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, using insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with product, sales and event teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, data‑driven marketer with proven experience in demand generation, performance marketing and conversion optimisation.
• Demonstrated ability to drive qualified leads and revenue across B2B channels.
• Commercial mindset with a strong experimentation approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and delivering measurable impact.
