Demand Generation Manager – B2B SaaS

About the role

A fast‑growing international technology and consultancy business is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to drive qualified demand for its AI‑powered software and consulting services. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will plan and optimise integrated B2B campaigns, own HubSpot and collaborate closely with Sales, Product and RevOps to boost lead generation and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver integrated demand‑generation campaigns across multiple channels.
• Own HubSpot, design automation workflows and manage lead‑nurturing programmes.
• Develop targeted and segmented marketing programmes aligned with product launches.
• Analyse campaign and sales‑funnel performance to inform optimisation.
• Improve lead qualification and conversion in partnership with Sales and RevOps.
• Support go‑to‑market initiatives for new products and services.
• Report performance metrics and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Five or more years of B2B demand generation or digital marketing experience.
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot, Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Strong campaign management and analytical skills.
• Solid understanding of lead generation, nurturing and sales funnels.
• Proven ability to work closely with Sales and other commercial teams.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, pharmaceutical or life‑sciences sectors is a plus.
