Demand Planner – FMCG (Hybrid, £45-50k)

About the role

Join our fast‑moving EMEA Operations Planning team as a Demand Planner, responsible for forecasting finished‑goods demand across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will work in a hybrid model, spending part of the week on‑site in Uxbridge and the rest working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Process, analyse and track forecasts from distribution partners and bottlers to drive MRP and supply planning.
• Identify and report risks linked to slow‑moving or obsolete stock, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain up‑to‑date demand data in SAP IBP to support operational plans.
• Build strong relationships with bottlers, distributors and internal stakeholders.
• Support improvements to forecasting tools, demand‑planning software and S&OP processes.
• Monitor potential stock‑outs and act quickly to protect product availability.
• Assist new‑product development teams with launch planning.
• Lead demand review meetings and publish forecasting performance metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in demand planning within the FMCG sector.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical mindset and understanding of S&OP processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for an international team.
