Demand Planner – Supply Chain Analyst (West Midlands)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Demand Planner to join our growing supply chain team in the West Midlands. You will work alongside professionals across B2B and supply chain functions, contributing ideas and meeting performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts for assigned product lines.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align supply plans with business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators and report on forecast accuracy.
- Support project initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a demand planner, supply chain planner or supply chain analyst.
- Comfortable working towards KPI targets.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Project management experience (useful but not essential).
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating system.
- Advanced Excel data manipulation.
What we offer
- Salary range £35,000 – £40,000 per year.
