Dental Receptionist – Full‑time

About the role

Dental Beauty Bedfont is looking for a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our mixed practice in Bedfont. This full‑time position supports a team of clinicians and ensures a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality reception and administrative service to maximise patient satisfaction and practice efficiency.
• Answer telephone calls and handle patient enquiries in a positive, efficient manner.
• Schedule appointments and manage clinicians' diaries using the Dentally software system.
• Collect and record patient payments, and follow up on outstanding debts according to practice policy.
• Maintain compliance with Information Governance, GDPR, and CQC requirements.

Required profile

• Ideally 1‑2 years experience as a Dental Receptionist in a private or mixed practice.
• If no dental experience, a background in front‑of‑house, customer service or medical coordination is acceptable.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinicians and support staff.

Required skills

• Experience with Dentally software (preferred but not essential).
