Dental Receptionist

About the role

Rodericks Dental Partners is looking for a friendly Dental Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients at our Flitwick practice. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere while supporting the clinical team in delivering high‑quality dental care.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with a professional, warm demeanor.
• Manage appointment bookings, maintain accurate patient records and process payments.
• Coordinate daily schedules with dentists, nurses and practice managers.
• Promote and upsell dental services and products where appropriate.
• Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth practice operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑service or receptionist role is desirable.
• Confident communicator with a professional, approachable manner.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment.
• Strong attention to detail and good IT aptitude.
• Team‑player who enjoys helping others.

Required skills

• Dentally (practice management software).
• Familiarity with iTero imaging equipment.
