Deployment Consultant – Aviation Service Delivery

About the role

We are seeking a Deployment Consultant to join our Aviation Service Delivery team in Slough. You will coordinate the deployment of Angard workers at Royal Mail sites, acting as the main point of contact for clients, site managers and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and screening processes, including ID and ETW verification.
• Operate the JoinedUp booking system to schedule workers and handle shift patterns.
• Respond to incoming calls and emails from candidates and managers.
• Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders across the client group.
• Ensure compliance with client‑specific vetting and documentation requirements.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a confident, engaging manner.
• Computer literate and comfortable using MS Office applications.
• Excellent telephone and email communication skills.
• Team player who can adapt to flexible rota schedules.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
