About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Charge Nurse in managing day‑to‑day ward operations and patient flow.

• Support staff development through mentorship, preceptorship and participation in education programmes.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with current UK registration.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong commitment to patient‑centred care and teamwork.
