About the Role

Are you a dedicated leader looking to make a real impact in the healthcare sector? As a Deputy Manager (Non-Clinical) at Ardenlee Care Home, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery in partnership with the Home Manager.

Main Missions

  • Lead and oversee daily operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant environment.
  • Supervise staff performance and provide visible leadership to the care team.
  • Support audits, monitor quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor, support, and develop staff to foster a positive and accountable culture.
  • Assume full operational responsibility when required, ensuring seamless decision-making and continuity.
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a care or residential setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to mentor and develop teams.
  • Ability to take decisive action and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
