Deputy Manager – Pub

About the role

Stonegate Group is seeking a motivated Deputy Manager to join the Yates pub team in York. You will work closely with the General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain the high standards of our venue.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear guidance, encouragement and support to the front‑of‑house team.
• Assist the General Manager in shaping and delivering the venue’s vision.
• Maintain consistency in service standards, health & safety procedures and operational processes.
• Foster an inclusive, welcoming environment for guests and staff.
