Deputy Manager – White City

About the role

Join Pull&Bear, part of the Inditex Group, as a Deputy Manager in the White City store. You will support the General Manager in delivering strong commercial performance, high standards and an excellent customer experience while fostering an inclusive, motivating culture.

Key responsibilities

• Support the GM to achieve store targets through clear priorities, floor leadership and consistent follow‑through.
• Use KPIs and store insights to take swift action and keep performance on track.
• Drive commercial launches and ensure merchandising reflects best sellers, trends and customer demand.
• Maintain a modern, customer‑ready store environment that reflects Pull&Bear’s brand DNA.
• Oversee stock flow, replenishment and stockroom organisation to guarantee product availability.
• Uphold operational standards in security, shrinkage, cash handling, health & safety, cleanliness and maintenance.
• Coach and motivate team members on shift, providing regular feedback and addressing issues promptly.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and creating a positive candidate experience.
• Contribute to succession planning by identifying potential and supporting development plans.
• Manage hours budget, rotas and productivity targets, taking corrective action when needed.

Required profile

• Experience in a fast‑paced retail environment in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong commercial awareness with confidence to act on the shop floor.
• Calm, clear leadership style capable of motivating teams under pressure.
• High operational standards across stock, shrinkage, cash and compliance.
• Customer‑first mindset with awareness of trends and competitors.
• Commitment to inclusive leadership, building engagement and supporting colleagues.
• Ownership and integrity – you follow through, take responsibility and lead by example.
