Design Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Design Engineer to join 2CRSi, an innovative engineering business that is expanding rapidly. You will work within a close‑knit team of around 18 people, contributing to the design and development of new and existing products while supporting the move to a larger facility.

Key responsibilities

• Create accurate 3D models and 2D engineering drawings using Solid Edge and SolidWorks.
• Produce and maintain design documentation, assembly drawings and bills of materials.
• Develop new product concepts and modify existing designs to improve performance.
• Support manufacturing by ensuring designs are practical, accurate and fit for purpose.
• Collaborate with production and other departments to deliver projects efficiently.
• Contribute ideas for product improvements and continuous development.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Design Engineer or CAD Design role.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a growing business environment.
