Designer – CRM & Loyalty Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Designer to join our Experience Design team in London, working on CRM and loyalty projects for global brands. You will translate strategic ideas into visual assets that power email, SMS, app, social and loyalty communications, helping clients deliver award‑winning digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define visual guidelines and master templates for CRM campaigns and loyalty programmes.
• Design and adapt illustrations, icons, logos and other assets within existing brand frameworks.
• Create content assets for emails, SMS, in‑app messages, paid and social media placements.
• Visualise customer journeys and ensure a cohesive visual experience across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with experience strategists, account directors, consultants and other creatives from concept through to final approval.
• Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions and help shape best‑in‑class digital communication.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with CRM, loyalty or direct‑marketing design.
• Ability to understand business objectives and audience insights to inform design decisions.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills and attention to detail.
• Team player comfortable working closely with copywriters, motion designers, UX designers and data scientists.
• Based in London and able to work onsite.
