Deskside Support Analyst

About the role

Join a prestigious London office as a Deskside Support Analyst, providing first‑ and second‑line IT support to 80 hybrid users, including senior executives and board members. You will be the friendly face that resolves end‑user computing issues while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver support for Windows 11, Dell laptops, iPhones and iPads.
• Manage audio‑visual equipment in 7+ meeting rooms to ensure smooth Teams meetings.
• Handle incidents and service requests via walk‑ups, email tickets, Teams messages and phone calls.
• Maintain hardware and software asset inventory and ensure accurate records.
• Perform AD, AAD, Office 365, Teams, Exchange, Intune and Autopilot administration.
• Provide remote assistance, manage expectations and meet service‑level targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Experience supporting executive‑level users in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and maintain detailed work logs.
