Desktop Support Analyst – Up to £45k – Central London

About the role

A global professional services organisation is hiring Desktop Support Analysts to provide day‑to‑day IT support for users across multiple office locations in Central London. You will work closely with internal teams and end‑users, delivering responsive technical assistance and ensuring a reliable technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site and remote support for hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Manage IT incidents and service requests in line with agreed service levels.
• Configure, maintain and rebuild workstations and user devices.
• Support Microsoft‑based environments, including Office 365 and Active Directory.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and oversee lifecycle management.
• Monitor support queues and contribute to continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to resolve operational problems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a 2nd‑line desktop support or equivalent IT support role.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks and work proactively in a team.
• Valid driver’s licence.
