Detection & Controls Sales Support Engineer – EMEA

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Detection & Controls Sales Support Engineer to join our technical team and support customers and sales operations across the EMEA region. The role blends technical expertise in fire detection and control systems with customer support, training, and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for detection and control system solutions to customers, internal teams and project stakeholders across EMEA.
• Act as a technical resource for sales teams, assisting with quotations, specifications and project documentation.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations and training programmes for customers and internal staff.
• Support consultants, insurers, authorities and end‑users to ensure correct specification and application of solutions.
• Participate in new product introductions, beta testing and provide feedback to product management.
• Assist in resolving technical product issues and customer claims.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of fire detection, control and command systems.
• Previous experience in technical support, applications engineering or a similar customer‑facing engineering role.
• Proven ability to deliver technical training and product presentations.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
