DevOps Engineer – Dynamics 365

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 to drive the design, implementation and optimisation of our cloud‑based solutions. The role will support digital transformation initiatives across the enterprise, ensuring reliable, secure and automated delivery pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 using Azure DevOps.
• Develop integrations between Dynamics 365, ERP systems, SQL Server and third‑party APIs.
• Manage Azure DevOps repositories, pipelines, and enforce governance policies.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with ARM templates, Bicep or Terraform.
• Monitor platform health with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and Application Insights.
• Implement DevSecOps controls such as RBAC, approval gates and compliance checks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve delivery speed, automation and reliability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or software engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD concepts and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Key Vault).
• Proficiency in SQL Server, REST APIs and Infrastructure as Code.
• Familiarity with C#.NET, JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience working in Agile environments and applying DevSecOps principles.
