DevOps Engineer – London (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to lead a major Azure cloud migration and infrastructure modernisation programme for a high‑profile financial services client. The role is hybrid, based in Central London, and involves hands‑on work with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines and containerised workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the migration of a ~200 VM legacy on‑prem estate to Azure.
• Design, build and maintain Terraform/Bicep infrastructure‑as‑code across development, staging and production environments.
• Implement and optimise CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Work with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and containerised applications.
• Collaborate directly with the client and internal delivery teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• Solid DevOps/Cloud engineering experience in an MSP or fast‑paced environment.
• Strong hands‑on Azure expertise (AWS experience also considered).
• Proven experience with Terraform or Bicep for IaC.
• Demonstrated ability to build CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or similar).
• Exposure to Kubernetes/AKS.
• Self‑starter capable of hitting the ground running.
