DevOps Engineer (Remote, UK)

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain cloud‑native infrastructure for high‑availability digital platforms. The role is fully remote and supports global audiences, offering the chance to work with cutting‑edge technologies such as Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Terraform, and CI/CD automation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain scalable Kubernetes environments across cloud platforms.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Helm and Ansible.
• Build, optimise and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting systems to proactively resolve issues.
• Support critical infrastructure components including PostgreSQL databases and Kafka clusters.
• Automate operational tasks and workflows with Python and Bash scripting.
• Troubleshoot production incidents in cloud, containerised and distributed environments.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment strategies and platform reliability.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and provide production support as needed.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE or cloud infrastructure.
• Hands‑on experience managing production Kubernetes clusters.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with monitoring, logging and observability tools.
